cant use assist on my sony vaio pcg-61317l

I need to reset my sony vaio laptop and i cant even press assist button for it

First back up your files to another drive because Factory Recovery will overwrite them.

Then turn off your laptop.
Turn it back on and hold down Alt & F10 keys.
