Question Cant use bluetooth

More information needed.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model controller? Have you installed new batteries?

Look in Device Manager - is Bluetooth shown? (Ensure that in Task Manager > View the option "Show hidden devices" is checked.) What devices are or are not being listed?

Other places to look are Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Look for any Bluetooth/Controller related error codes, warnings, or informational events being captured in the logs.

Motherboard: Asus rog strix b760-f
Cpu: Intel i5-14600k
Cpu cooler: NZXT Kraken pro 360
Ram: 4x8gb ddr5 Kingston fury rgb 5600mhz
Gpu: Asus rog strix 2070 super AD
Psu: Corsair RM850

Controller: Dualsense ps5 controller. Works perfectly fine on ps5

in device manager i have one device named "Intel(R) wireless bluetooth(R)"

I dont know what/how to look for the error codes in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.
Pretty sure the problem is not with the controller as i cant connect anything to my pc via bluetooth as i cant turn it on.

When i go to try add a device via bluetooth i get the message:
"Couldn't connect Here are some things to try: On this device, turn on bluetooth. If this device supports bluetooth, but you can't turn it on, try to update your driver through windows update in settings"

I know my motherboard supports bluetooth (Says it on Asus's website), and there is no driver update in settings
