Cant use internet browser with wifi but my other apps can use internet

I bought my Lenovo $400 2G ram,after 2 weeks iwhen i open the internet browser it says the page is something bla bla,my apps work but when i want to go to a website it just keep sayingcant be displayed,i tried restarting but nothing happened,a good answer could help!

Try a DNS Flush. if that doesn't work manually put in known good DNS Servers (ones not run by your ISP)
