cant use inventory deus ex mankind divided, no support for this

Any Deus Ex 'mankind' players out here?
After more than 60 hrs I cant use inventory item menus - ie: I have ammo but it wont load in the gun, cant use mines etc tried everything! somehow managed to get close to the end but on easy mode. No support or forum addresses this. No way to reach manufacturer either.

If you're using Steam it should save your progress to the cloud. I would try first validating the integrity of the game cache. If that does not work, I would then try re-installing. I remember having a similar issue to you while playing the game, but it was a while ago and I do think I fixed it by verifying the cache.
