Can't Use Keyboard/Mouse to Put PC out of Sleep Mode

Hello. I upgraded to windows 10 yesterday. Thing is I cannot use my mouse and keyboard to put my Pc out of sleep mode or rather I have to click the mouse/keyboard and press the power button for it to work. I have already checked the option in the device manager. Please advise.
