Well so far I have attempted to swap to the 2.0 USB ports, nothing. Legacy USB ports is enabled. The main issue is this is a new build aside from the hard drive, likely due to the other software and drivers that were installed for a different motherboard and chipset, I cannot start up. The furthest it goes is to system repair which I can't do anything with as the keyboard and mouse stop responding at this point. They work fine in the BIOS however after that they stop working. I can't install windows again because of the same reason.
