Can't use my keyboard or mouse in my new build

So I recently built a new pc just taken the old hard drives and put it in the new system bios is up to date and windows does launch and keyboard and mouse work in the bios setup but soon as I try to login into windows nothing have tried changing USB ports leaving the USB unplugged then plug them in at the windows screen but nothing any help here please?

How did you build your copy of windows ? On that PC, or built on another PC and disk just moved to the new PC ?

Mouse/keyboard work in bios, so it's not HW or your MB BIOS settings. Likely wrong driver loading.

Maybe look at this "..you could also do a repair install of Windows 10 by performing an in-place upgrade without losing anything other than all installed Windows Updates.
