Cant use new RAM memory

Hi, my name is Andrei and recently i bought 2gb of RAM Memory Kingston!
My old ram memory has 2gb memory yet but my pc doesnt recognize the new ram memory

I have tried to boot pc without old ram, just with that new. But my PC didnt boot. Just started to BEEP 3 times, pause, and BEEP 3 times over and over again..

I have read on the internet that i have to downclock RAM voltage and RAM frequency. But i cannot find those settings in BIOS.

I think that I have to tell you that my PC has a motherboard: Asus P5G41T-M LX
Processor: Intel Pentium E5700 3GHz Dual-Core

What are the part number of the old and the new RAM? Your motherboard can't use high-density modules.

the new ram are near the processor and the old ram memory on the other side

You can use CPU-Z to check the old module; the new one should have a manufacturer name and a part number written on it.
