Question Can't Use number seven

I have a Ducky One 2 Mini and every time I type a seven (but in number form), the number does not appear and i cannot type anything until i click on my cursor again where I want to type. I have tried to take of the key cap and mess with it a bit but i don't think that it is the keyboard just because of the problem I have after I try to type the number seven. If anyone has aver had this problem with any other key or has any clue, that would be great.

Turns out I was just on a profile with a macro set as 7.
