Can't use numbers while pressing ctrl

I have a razer blackwidow ultimate 2013 and when i press ctrl i cant use any of my number keys. ive noticed while gaming it also freezes everything. i cant move my mouse or use any keys for a couple of seconds if i use ctrl in conjunction with numbers.

why are you trying to control and number at the same time?

when playing csgo i sometimes crouch while trying to switch weapons (so i dont expose myself when changing) and ive never had this prroblem before
