Can't use the additional space on my laptop

My laptop is supposed to have 500gb storage but there are only 2 drives on it. One is 367gb and the other is 97.6

But when i try to install a new version of windows on it, a 350gb drive appears on the list of the drives that wasn't in the list of my drives before. And when i choose this drive, it says that there is not enough space on this drive! I want to know whether it's actually a usable drive or not. If it is how can i make it appear in my laptop and of not why is it on the list?

Are you sure it says 350GB and not 350MB? Some mfg systems have a small partition for diagnostics and such.
Do you need to keep any data that is currently on the system or do you want to just wipe out everything and start fresh?

If you want to wipe and start fresh, you can just delete all the partitions during setup and install Windows on one ~500GB partition.
