Can't use the BIOS at all

Hello, im trying to enter my bios so i can overclock my cpu, but it seems that its not really as it should be...
My motherboard is the MSI Z170 Gaming Pro
I've already tried updating the bios which i wasn't able to do aswell, and i also cant use the keyboard whlie on bios.

Pull the power, then remove the battery for 30 seconds. Some settings may be stopping you from entering BIOS due to "Speed Boot" settings, where USB devices are initialized after post. I also always make sure my keyboard is plugged into a USB 2.0 port for boot reasons but for BIOS that should not matter.

Be aware that you may need to change setting for you system to boot, such as selecting boot device and mode.

In order to flash your bios you will need to make a dos bootable USB stick/CD with the *.190 file on it with the flash utility. MSI's terrible website is making it hard to even find the flash utility.

I can't actually boot from the usb, because i can't change anything at the bios

My monitor just came here, and it turned up to be the TV's fault, apparently you can't see the BIOS on a TV.
Thanks for your help anyway, really!
