Can't use the computer without either running into "Kernel_Security_Check_Error" or "Security_Service_Exception"

So starting very suddenly yesterday, my brand new computer which I have owned for barely a month began running into a plethora of BSODs, rendering it more or less unusable.

Because I use this computer for work, I have been up as good as all night trying to find a fix, but to no avail.

So far, I have:

Updated as good as all my drivers (I have not found one with a "!" sign) and even removed and reinstalled some.

Checked memory diagnostics and ran sfc /scannow without findning any problems.

Ran the the verifier to see if I could find any unassigned rivers.

Set my BIOS settings to default.

Changed what harddrive windows is located on.

And finally fully formated my hard-drive and SSD (all my files are backed-up on the cloud so thats fine) and fully reinstalled windows...

..but the BSODs wont go away. I'm honestly starting to become a bit desperate as I have no clue on what to do. Any and all help is extremely appreciated!
