Question Cant use xmp

Hello there, recently bought some new gear and cannot get it to work properly.

Ryzen 3700x
Tomahawk B450
G.Skill 16GB (2 x 8GB) Flare X (for AMD), DDR4 3200 MHz, CL14, 1.35V

Started playing some games until they all froze one by one after 5-15minutes of playing.
Ran Prime95 and tests failed
Ran memtest and after 10 minutes test failed.

Took xmp off and ran memtest without any errors, ram was at 2400mhz cl16

Saw some posts where people dont recommend xmp, but instead suggest manual OC, but i've never overclocked ram myself and i'm a bit lost there.
Suggestions & ideas would be great.

I have B450 tomahawk with ryzen 5 3600 with a kit that is not made for amd like yours that is 3000mhz and with xmp i managed to run it at 3133 without problems. For the msi mobo's there are two ways you can oc ram with XMP like all the motherboards and Memory try it you can find it bellow the xmp. Give one shot for the memory try it and if this dont work too then try overcloking the ram manually.
