Can't view my new hard drive.

Hi,
I am having an issue with a new hard drive. I just installed it this morning but I can't see it once my windows load. I see it in my bios, and in my device manager. There is no new drive when I go to my My Computer.

I'd appreciate any help.

you probably have to format it first in the device manager
