Can't write on the search bar and the language button on task bar dissapeared

I've been having this problem since i reinstall windows 10 on a new drive, i bought about a month a go.

I wanted to search for an app using the search bar on the taskbar, but it wasn't working, i tought it was my keyboard and open google chrome and the keyboard was working, it was the search bar that has the problem, also i notice that at the same time the language button that is on the taskbar, disappeared and i couldn't change language of the keyboard.

I can fix it using the bootable usb and reinstalling windows 10 without erasing anything but is annoying to do it everytime this happens and it happens at least once in a month or in two months.

Try doing a clean boot and see if it changes anything: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows - if it does, it means its one of your start up programs at fault, slowly add them one at a time to find cause

Try making a new local account and give it admin access. See if same thing happens as your profile might be corrupted by the roaming profile kept on Microsoft servers. You can copy the contents of C:\users\username from the old user to new to give them full access: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/4026923/windows-create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-10
