At the top of popped capacitor says "10 16S. AN3"

IF you can find a replacement capacitor that's Exactly the same, and IF you are extremely GOOD at electronics solder, both removal and application, then it's possible to repair that mobo. Don't bother taking it to a shop that'll repair it for you, the labor charges and initial diagnosis charge and shop fees will cost triple or more what a new replacement motherboard will cost you. Unethical shops will just give you a replacement mobo and charge you a repair fee. It's at best a $50 motherboard, shop fees start at @ $100 and $100 per hour after that.

It's fixable, IF you can fix it, otherwise is highly recommended you scrap it and replace it.

Actually, the capacitor does no tneed to be exactly like the one that cam loose. It need to be the same or higher voltage and the same capacitance. If you can't figure out what I'm talking about, you probably can't do the repair yourself.

I don't know exactly what I'm looking at in your photo. What is all the speckled stuff on the mobo? Is the capacitor that is laying on its side the one that came loose? Did it pull any of the traces on the mobo loose when it got knocked loose? What is all that stuff to the right of the top capacitor? And what is all that yellow stuff on the pins at the top, left of the "FIT" chip?

If you attempt this be sure to pull the mobo out of the case and remove all the cables/modules/boards plugged into it before you start.
