My HDD's capacity just changed, because I tried to clone my SSD. Without any knowledge on how to do it correctly. It says I have the same amount of capacity as my smaller SSD, and in Disk Management, it says 793.10 GB Unallocated, and for some reason, it doesn't let me change the capacity back.

Keep in mind that when you clone a storage device, you are cloning EVERYTHING. Including the storage device's size as well. You would need to expand your new storage drive in one of two ways.
  1. Using Disk Management in Windows which can be found in control panel.
  2. Using a 3rd party software such as Macrium or EaseUS partition manager.

I believe EaseUS will let you expand your newly cloned to the correct size even after cloning but Macrium will let you fix it after. Good luck!
