Capitalism 2 on Windows 10

Hi All

I am trying to run Capitalism 2 (2001 game) on Windows 10.

I have tried: properties, compatiability, running it as administrator for Windows XP 3 and Windows 7 to no avail.

I have also followed Windows 10 troubleshooter which just goes round in circles once you try everything it suggests and it still doesn't work.

Does anyone know what else I can try?

Have you updated it to the latest version? i'm not seeing anyone else having specific problems getting it to run on windows 10.
