Capped at 128 fps

Hi guys , have a question , maybe u can help me.

I cant get more than 128fps on all my games . seems like its capped at 128fps but i cant see why ...checked nvidia settings , tryed to OC GPU with evga precisionx , nothing seems to change im stuck on 128 fps . Can anyone help me here ? any advice ? i just want to unlock my framerate . ty

My specs : 2x evga 980ti sc+ sli / 5960x ( 4.6hz.) / 32 gb DDR4 (3000hz.) / 1000w evga psu / mobo Asus rampage extreme v / Corsair H110 wc / Monitors 2x Asus vg248q ( 144hz/1080p/NOT SURROUND )

Vsync is a limiter to give better frame stability. Try matching the refresh Hz of your Settings in Nvidia Control Panel with the monitor and turn Vsync off or use Adaptive.

already tried that , still stuck on 128 fps .

Some game settings will limit you FPS. Try a few benchmarks and choose settings that will allow full FPS just to see if FPS is limited.
Have you checked your Global settings in Nvidia Control Panel?
I'm not aware of anything else that would do this. Sorry.
