Caps Lock Blinking?

I have an HP Pavilion and my caps lock light is blinking on and off, or off and on if I have caps lock on. My computer seems to be fine other than that. It Blinks once, then a long pause, then blinks again, its very irritating, any help would be appreciated.

Seems to indicate your CPU may be having an issue is it blinking from boot up. or after being used for a while.

Try using compressed air around vent holes as indicated in link.
