Then you just need to tweak your settings really. I have an i5-4690 + GTX 960 and I record/stream in great 1080p quality.

With Shadowplay try 1080p at 20 mbps @ 60 fps.
Your build doesn't suck at all and you do not need a capture card to stream/record your games.

Install Shadowplay, record. If you want to stream it, OBS might be better than Shadowplay.

You won't even notice a change in performance when you're streaming or recording.

Your build is just fine.

What would I have to do to get better quality? I was going to stream some ps4 games also so that's why I kinda want a capture card but I also wanna stream pc games like csgo, league ect. Shadowplay has horrific quality I'd say and OBS right now is super blurry and idk why. Would you know the best settings for my set up right now ?

Recording with shadowplay is really nice quality but I dont think my streams are coming out correctly. I recently just bought an elgato hd 60 pro to stream my ps4 and sometimes my pc and its pretty much the same quality. My cpu usage is getting around 70~85% also so is there something wrong and do you know where i could find an easy overclocking guide for my cpu? i've tried to overclock it a couple times and sometimes it worked but its not much and other times it would just keep restarting my computer until I unplug it and reset my bios.
