hey, im a real cheapskate looking for an external capture card that can capture gameplay at an ok fps. any ideas? pc specs: windows 7 laptop lenovo thinkpad x220 i5 processor 8gb ram please make the replies simple i dont speak nerd

oh yeah also i dont care if its 480p 30fps anything thats cheap im talking dollar store budget
