Car charger with 2 usb 1.0 and 2.1A outputs

1.0 and 2.1 is the maximum that the USB can provide, that means that if you connect a device that will "pull" more that 1 or 2.1 you might end up with a burnt car charger. It's the same as home fuse box, Circuit breakers are of 10, 16, 20, 25, and so on amps, that means that once the power consumption goes above, they will break the connection.

In other words, if your lenovo requires less than 1amp to charge, connect it to the 1.0, if it requires more, connect it to the 2.1A

2500mAh is the capacity of your battery, look at the charger that came with your tablet/laptop and check the output power. For instance, a Toshiba laptop I recently repaired is powered with 19 Volts and 1,5 Amps..

Then check on the battery, there should be some instructions on charging.

If you connect a phone that requires 1A to a 2.1A port, absolutely nothing, your phone will charge normally, BUT, If the voltage is not correct you're in trouble.
