is it good to use car coolant?
i found it in garage and the car coolant description :
-does not contain Ethylene Glyco
- it has water pH 7 standardizing
-contains FTHL (Fast Heat Transfer Liquid)
-using Reverse Osmosis
-with the latest innovations using Hydro Lube Oil

or buy pc coolant? do i need destiled water for pc coolant ? (the coolant that made for pc)

Antifreeze doesn't transfer heat as well as water, if you are going to use it make sure to dilute it with distilled water. depending on which pc coolant you purchase you can bu ready to use coolant or coolant that needs diluting with distilled water

as long as it is better than air cooler, it is okay if it doesnt transfer heat well,
so i dont need to use diluted water with the coolant that made for pc?

Liquid cooling is really air cooling.
The difference is where the heat exchange takes place.
On an aio cooler, the exchange takes place at the radiator.
On an air cooler, it takes place at the cooler itself.

The total capability is related to the size and efficiency of the radiator stacks.
