... Law enforcement officers were conducting a DWI checkpoint when a 1989 red Chevy Camaro rammed into the back of the "Booze it and Lose it" mobile unit...

He is also charged with driving with a revoked license, careless and reckless driving and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident....
