Car door fob not working

Hi does anyone know how to get my Citroen 2004 szara key fob working the car is unlocked but will not lock with remote or the key?

Your owners manual should show how to replace the batteries in the fob.

Check the lock solenoid/relay and replace. When the key will not lock it, it is the solenoid.
