I want to have a mobile hotspot in my car and be able to network all the devices connected it. As well as be able to transfer files between devices, connect IOT devies to communicate with each other and hub wifi led controllers to work from the app on my phone when connected to my cars wifi network. Sooooo... is this possible? i know i can get a mobile hotspot with a ethernet out and connect it to a wifi router but I would like to get a all in one solution. will wds be a problem

Many hotspots have a limit of 10 if they have any limit. You can use a router that will take a mobile usb modem. Many of the ASUS and TPLINK ones can, you would have to check if your cell provider is on their list

Routers are generally not designed to run from a car power but since most use power blocks you can likely use a dc power converter or if they are 12 volts you can hook it up with a adapters.
Go buy a new car and pay for expensive factory installed router :)

What is your issue with just using any of the many mobile hot spots or even your phone as a hotspot. You do not need to attach any router the mobile hotspot is a router. Almost all the cell carriers have models that work on their systems

I don't think you read my question right my issue with just buying a router would be that they are extremely limited with the number of devices you can connect and I am trying to create a network with multiple devices in my car. That can communicate none internet information between them as well.
