Car player cannot play USB

Last week I took USB from car player that was formatted on FAT32 and made him bootable (NTFS format) so I could boot my new windows. After that I formatted USB back on FAT32 so I could use it in my car. But for some reason, there is a error "Cannot play USB".
I used exactly that USB few times for booting new windows and for playing music in my car, formatting from FAT32 to NTFS and vice versa.
Few minutes ago I deleted USB drive with MiniTool Partition Wizard tool and formatted new one (for some reason I wasn't able to do that with Disk Management) with hope that would solve all problems, but no.
USB is healthy and there are no bad sectors. Music file is like always mp3. USB is Kingston 8GB
Every idea is helpful. Thanks.

Solution
Always partition as MBR rather than GPT for compatibility, there is DOS command that will do that for u, unfortunately can't recall at the moment.

Thank you for solution. That worked.
