Question car starts with flashing security light after replaced skim module

We recently had an issue with a 2013 Chrysler 200 where it would start and stall with a security light. The S.K.I.M module was broken. It was replaced and reprogrammed by a dealer. Now when we start the car. The first time it is started it runs really rough and the security light is flashing. What is the culprit here?

Faulty module, incorrect installation, not properly reprogrammed, and/or something else got messed up.

Take the car back to the dealer.
