Alright, like the title says, my USB is not recognized it that sort of devices. Two of them actually.
When I plug it in my car stereo, nothing happens. Same goes for TV.
On PC it works fine, no problems, but everywhere else, nothing.
I formatted it to FAT32, as it was in the first place, still nothing, then tried NTFS, nothing.
I tried via CMD and via the option in My PC.
I connected my external HDD, which is in NTFS and it works on TV.
Now here's when both of them stopped working. I used them to burn a Windows ISO, so I can clean install Windows 10. Rufus formatted it to NTFS, everything when fine.
But then I formatted it back to FAT32, since it's the default and put some music and TV shows and no files where shown on TV, just blank. Even when there's no files on it, it usually shows on option that you can select, like in WinRAR when it's empty, if you know what I mean.
I searched and tried different methods that I found on forums and YouTube and it just won't work.
I'm really good with computers, but this one I just can't figure out. So if someone here knows something that might make it work, please, I'm all ears.

One is 8gb and the other one is 16gb. Both of them worked before, I even tried partitioning one of them to 2gb and nothing.

I am actually looking for an answer to this same question, I have tried what was listed above. In my case I had formatted my USB drive that I was already using for my car stereo to move some files. I had used it for a long time in the car without any problem.

I formatted the drive to NTFS to move some files between 2 computers then back to FAT32 to use in my car when I get the error "Read Error" I have the same set of songs on there as previous to formatting so I know it isnt anything with the audio format.

I used GUIFormat (a software to format back to FAT32) I also tried to format the device through CMD to make sure all partitions if any were removed and everything was cleaned off. It shows the correct amount of space on the drive but I notice that windows doesnt prompt me for autoplay like every other USB device I use.
