Car stereo sound

My car stereo is not working. it seems as while they were fixing the car, they disconnected the battery and sound lost memory. when I turn it on, it just write (SAFE) and then show 1000. thats all. no sound no nothing.

Try taking the car back to the shop and ask them to insert the security code.
