Current setup I have 1 back fan[exhaust] 1 cpu fan[exhaust] and my PSU facing up[exhaust] and I have 2 front[intake] fans
and underload my 2070 super ventus gets to about 80 degrees, but when I switch my 2 front fans to exhaust it drops it to about 74-77 degrees.

most videos and diagrams say the opposite, is it okay to have all my case fans be exhaust?

You probably don't have enough rear/top exhaust fans for a good airflow.
