Card choice for an Optiplex 755 Desktop

Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB PCI-Express Video Card w/ Boost or PNY - GeForce GT 610 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card?

There's 2gb on board RAM with 2gb more to be added, and an empty PCI slot to put one of those video card, the problem is, which one's better? A Voy.Santa Cruz Sound card will also be added, whether its relevant or not?

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Due CPU E8300@2.83Ghz
64 bit OS

The purpose is to put together home movies using Movie Magix Pro 18.

First install GPU, next test it, if necessary, spent $$ for audio.

I was leaning that way since talking to the sales guy who said in his personal experience the GeForce tended to bottleneck. Strange thing is, they were out of the R7's and had the GF880 gtx and 610's on the shelf. Thank you again.
