Card Error

Hi, my camera got wet a while back and it wasnt turning on.... however, a couple days a go i switched it back on and it came on however it now doesnt read any of the memory cars that i put into it. ant ideas as to what I should do? thanks

Replace the camera. Will be cheaper than having someone try to replace the electronics to make the card reader work.
