Card for 2D/3D and Graphics?

I heard Synergy III/NviDia Quadro MXR is very good for AutoCAD 2D/3D, animation and rendering. And, it is good for Photoshop, Flash, and Dreamweaver as well.
I use all of the sofftware above. Any suggestion?

Go for a Diamond FireGL2 instead. My friend has the Quadro MXr and it really suck. Nvidia stil have a long way into the auto cad market
