There are a few products that do something like this, i.e. F.Boot, thinstation & ACP Thinmanager

F.Boot is a custom linux distribution that comes in software, IDE or USB versions, that turn any PC into a thin client.

Thinstation is an open-source freeware linux image that turns a PC into a thin client.

ACP Thinmanager has a PCI NIC that boots to an RDP Session, but I don't know the exact requirements (i.e. if you need the software component on the server)

3rp party add-on products (including F.Boot & Thinmanager)

Free downloads (including thinstation)

Use my DOSRDP XP in a remote boot environment and all you will need is a NIC
on the machine.

Thanks

But the client pc is far away from the server, they are connected by
internet ip address, is it work with your DOSRDP ?
