CAS 8 vs. 9

Just wondering what's the real-world difference between DDR3-1333 CAS 9 vs CAS 8? I know lower latencies mean better performance, but does anyone have experience using both sets of timings? Ultimately I want more performance in games, but general snappiness is nice as well. Looking at this RAM vs. this RAM.

There is absolutely no noticable difference in real world applications, and a *maybe* 1% difference in synthetic benchmarks.
