Cas matter for DDR4?

Im getting some ram but, it is DDR4 cas 13 with 32 gigabytes. Would it still work well? http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cmk32gx4m4a2133c13

Cas latency matters more in games than speed does and cas13 is a bit high i would try to find something lower my ram is cas8.

But their is one problem. With the new LGA2011-3 the lowest i've found on DDR4 is 12 but, hopefully new better ram will come out.

I mean when it comes to memory and gaming it really doesn't matter at all we are talking about like a 1-3fps difference here nothing noticeable. I bet the cheapest ddr4 ram out would perform identical to the most expensive ddr4 ram out it just doesnt matter in gaming in other things it may but not gaming.
