Question Case airflow efficiency ?

I would like to know if the fans in the DeepCool CC560 ARGB V2 case are situated well by default or if i should take one of the intake fans and put it on the top and make it an exhaust fan?

Leave it as is. If a hsf is what you choose to have and angled towards the rear will aid and benefit air flow in the direction towards the rear + the pressure of 3 intakes and exhaust would dissipate heat quickly.
