I was wondering if anyone reading this post could provide me advice and explain to me if my case airflow is optimal? I have a Fractal Design R5 case, and I'm purchasing Arctic SP P14 140mm fans. To be honest I don't know that much about airflow vs static pressure. But from reading a little via google static pressure fans would go well in my case due to hard drive bays and dust filters? Below I put together a plan in terms of replacing the current stock fans in the case. Correct me if i'm making a mistake.

Front: 2x SP 140mm intake
Bottom: 2x SP 140mm intake
Top: Water Cooler, 2x exhaust
Rear: 1x AF 140mm or 1x SP 140mm

To keep it short and sweet, your plan sounds very good to me. Plenty of airflow, and slightly more intake than exhaust to keep dust from creeping in through small openings.
