This is just a quick question but my ram sticks were too long in height so I couldn't put the hyper 212 evo on the right side. So I had to put on the left where there is a fan in the back of the case sucking air out. Should I switch the fan in the back of the case around so it's sucking air in our just leave it sucking airirir out of the case?

Solution
The fan on that cooler should be blowing to the back of the case. No matter which side of the cooler it is on.
Alternately, you could mount it in the default position, and slide it up a little to clear the RAM in slot 1.

I am assuming you mean the fan that comes with the heatsink. I would direct both of them so that they blow out the back of the case. It's generally a good idea to have fans on the front, side, and bottom intake air. While the fans on the back and top exhaust air.
