Case and CPU Cooling

I was wondering if the following configuration would work with cooling my case and CPU. The case I have is the Corsair Obsidian 900D. So I would have 4 fans at the top and 1 at the rear of the case as exhaust. I would also have 4-6 fans at the bottom/side of the case as intake. Then I would have a AIO cooler with a 360mm radiator as intake in the front of the case. I know usually you would have the AIO cooler as exhaust at the top but my reasoning is A) Overclocking my CPU, and B) I eventually plan to have water cooling using a 480mm radiator as the top or bottom of my case (depending on which is best) for my GPU(s) and motherboard. It seems everything except the CPU would be getting a lot of heat but would the water cooling negate the heat blown in from the AIO?

Don't know, having it fly would be pretty sweet. As for the noise, I am waiting on some fans that I will be using and will see how the noise will be at full speed, though I probably will not have them at full speed often.

My advice, get a separate fan controller for them so you can run them at lowest possible speed. CPU cooler fans need to be connected to CPU_Fan and CPU Aux_fan if MB has it. Eventual liquid cooler pump also needs to be connected to MB so keep one connector free for it.
Don't even consider putting radiator at bottom, pump needs to be lower than highest liquid level or it would be an air pocket.

Would I still need a fan controller if I have 3 PWM fan headers (4 including H_AMP) on my motherboard? I already have my AIO connected to the CPU and CPU_OPT headers. Also, I do have my water pump headers free for the liquid cooling.
Good to know for the radiator part, I'll put it on the top then.

If MB has enough an controllers, yes but don't put more than two 120/140mm fans on each header. It also kinda depends on BIOS and if it can control each header separately. A case fan controller can also be more elegant solution because you can route fan cables behind the MB instead f running all over it.

Yep, each header is controlled separately, as for the 2 fans per header, I was planning on getting https://www.newegg.com/global/au/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811999309&cm_re=silverstone_fan_hub-_-11-999-309-_-Product since it allows the fans to draw power from the PSU and just uses the header as a controller. It also allows me to put the hub behind the motherboard to connect the cables.

Well, that would work too. Another thing I forgot to mention, check CFM for all case fans, you want to balance in and out so it's equal or slightly more for intake to get some positive pressure inside the case when closed, helps with dust collection.

I'll look into it, thanks for all the help. Total I'll either have 9 fans intake and 5 fans exhaust or an even 7/7 split which is what I'm leaning toward to keep it close to even with what you said. With all that said, it would be fine to keep the CPU AIO as intake on the front when I have my liquid cooling set up for the GPU and motherboard?
