Question Case and Gpu just flashing white and won’t turn on.

I just built my first pc and I set the whole thing up. Once I finished the build, my graphics card and case power button just started flashing white. Underneath there is a red led (post status checker) with the words (cpu and dram) flashing red. Should I try removing and the cpu and ram and replace them or something, these parts are all brand new so nothing should be wrong with them. Please give me suggestions on what to do
Edit: this is from 30 minutes later, I tried swapping the ram out, it didn’t work and now the case leds stopped flashing, I really need help so someone please help me out

also my specs are an ASRock B550M Pro4, Ryzen 5 3600, Asus Strix Radeon 5600, EVGA 600W PSU, NZXT H510 Case G Skill 16Gb Ram (8x2)
