Is that a micro mother board? If it is that is second one I have that does not state if it is or not. If it does clearly I am miss something.

to be honest mATX boards nowdays are not bad, the chips and power regulation are smaller and the extra space and slots are not needed by most users.

the rear IO panel is over half the height of the board, this is usually indicative of mATX. 4 total expansion slots, ATX calls for 7.
you can estimate the board by the IO panel or count the slots when in doubt.
