Case and Motherboard doesn't allow me to put my graphics card in?

Hello, so I've recently bought a new case for my computer so I put my motherboard and stuff in but when I tried to put my graphics card it doesn't line up right with the slots in the case. If I make it fit perfectly with the case then the graphics card pci connector is right below the pci slot. I'm on my phone currently so sorry if the grammar was bad at all, but the new case is a Corsair 450D my motherboard is X79A-GD45(8D) and my graphics card is a GTX980 MSI gaming edition one.

Take a picture, contact the seller first ( or corsair) for the case replacement.
