I am going to be upgrading my motherboard and case in the near future and am looking for any recommendations. None of the cases I've looked at would fit my needs. I like the new Coffee Lake CPU and was thinking of going in that direction, I know that will mean a new motherboard. So for the case, I currently have a Corsair h100 cpu cooler, works great and will probably use it if it fits the new cpu. I also have a EVGA gtx 1080ti Hybrid (so thats 2 aio coolers) I know I probably would have been better off with a custom cooling system, but I find it easier not having to learn and maintain all those parts. So here's the conundrum, I will probably want to purchase a second hybrid GPU to SLI at some point and I know the radiators should be above the GPU's what kind of case will support this? Size is not a factor, but I would like it to be enclosed if possible. I also have several SSD and HDD's that need to fit in it. Is there a case for me? Any ideas welcome, thank you.

Which system are you coming from? If an older system you will need new DDR4 RAM as well. SLI is not worth it, doesn't scale well with more and more games and will, in some games, even perform worse than a single card. Also unless this is a build for 4K gaming it's a huge waste of money.
For a case, take a look at Fractal Design Define S, plenty of room for water cooling, if you can live with no space for optical drives and only space for 3x3½/2½ + 2x2½ inch drives.

I am currently running a 4k gaming rig. I have a i7 4790k @ 4.6 and I get 60 FPS on all games I have tried so far, but I know that I will need more GPU power in the future and the only way I can get it is SLI at the moment. I couldn't wait for the new Vega to come out next year, as I had to upgrade now. I don't think the fractal is large enough for my needs, I want something with two rear fan mounts. I found cases like these, but I heard some bad things about them http://

Thanks

Fine case, just way too expensive for my taste.
As I said, SLI is a huge waste of money. Better to keep your single GTX 1080 TI for now and then upgrade when the next gen. GPUs will come sometime next year. Next gen. GPUs should be way more capable with 4K gaming.
