Hi All,

Im hoping someone can help with my case cooling, Things are starting to run a little warm of late - nothing dangerous but cooling could do with being increased.. Im not great with the technicals so here goes..

My current setup uses (http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/DkhYHN)

2 x Corsair CO-9050016-RLED 52.2 CFM 120mm Fan These are mounted at the front and are the EXHAUST

1 x Corsair CO-9050016-RLED 52.2 CFM 120mm Fan This is mounted at the top for an intake

1 x Corsair H80i GT 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler This is mounted on the rear of the case and is the INTAKE powered from CPU_FAN2 and SATA Power Cable to Pump Head

This is the only way i can set it up as the radiator can only fit/reach being mounted where it is.. Picture attached..

My motherboard fan connector config is
• 2 x CPU Fan Connectors (1 x 4-pin, 1 x 3-pin)
• 3 x Chassis Fan Connectors (1 x 4-pin, 2 x 3-pin)

A couple of questions to close
All of my fans are 3pin, I was hoping there was a way I could control the speed of the Corsair fans to ramp them up?
Will the 3 Pin Corsair fans be running at full speed all the time?
If i added a speed controller Would I be able to control the RPM?

Currently, the available power connectors with FAN written on them are
PWR_FAN1
CPU_FAN1

As Kjeld said, make front intake and top and back exhaust.
Hot air goes up, meaning you pull hot air from top and push it down and then it again goes up.
Probably there is forming a hot spot and some of the air is not moving.

As stated in the post... This is the only way it will fit in the case.. The Dual fan Radiator cannot sit on top as it fowls the RAM and fowls the HDD/SSD Rack at the front..Its physically impossible for the config to be any other way

On the radiator, turn the fans around. Just the fans.
On the front, turn the fans around.
On the top, turn the fan around.

They don't take up any more or less space if they are pointed like this -> vs like this <-

So reading all of this... The Rad fans are both intake, they arent the wrong way round

If i reverse the two front fans then I will have all intake and no exhaust

If i reverse the two Rad fans then ill be sucking warm air from inside the case and blowing it through the Radiator
