Is there only 1 top location for a fan?

I suspect you'd want it as an exhaust, but I'd certainly experiment.

Two locations, but second one on the top is next to the NH-D15 and it could be little messy. Second one on the top has more space [right side] and only one thing - intake or exhaust air or without fan.
Above psu cage there's rtx 3070ti and on front panel there are two 120mm fans.

You have the means to test this yourself.

I suspect your best option is to remove the top fans altogether.
The remaining fans will direct airflow through the cooler and out of the case.
A top intake would be unproductive.
