Question Case, CPU and GPU fans turn on, but monitor receives no signal

Today my pc randomly just shut down while I was playing Valorant, and when i tried turning it on it seems as it turns on, but there is no signal to the monitors or the keyboard, mouse and headset.

So far I know the problem is not in the monitors or the GPU since I swapped the GPU and i still get the same issue. I know it's not the RAM either because I swapped that too, and still nothing.

Right now I am thinking that it is the PSU or the motherboard, but I am not sure, any help would be really appreciated.

My specs are
Ryzen 7 3700x
Corsair RAM 3000mhz 16gb (replaced it with a new copy of the same one)
AMD RX 580 (replaced it with 6650XT)
B450M-A motherboard
PSU: I am not sure the brand but it was in a prebuilt

Always question the prebuilts psu

Edit: I just swapped the PSU and the CMOS battery and still nothing.
